Moviebox has closed the app will be blank on the inside. We will shortly pull it from the library. There is nothing we can do about this please don’t file a ticket on it. If it starts working we will add it back to the library.
If you believe that your certificate has been revoked please use the revoke tool in the dashboard. There is no need for you to make a support ticket just use the tool.
Tickets can take up to 24 to 48 hours to answer. They will be answered so please be patient. Also please fill all sections of the ticket to make the process faster.
If you believe your device has been revoked please login at dashboard and follow the onscreen instructions!
For apps that require a server connection like Aero TV or LiveWire if the channel list is not showing there is nothing we can do but wait for the developer to fix it. Please dont make tickets on this matter.
